We are adding to our West Coast business development team and are looking for a Sausalito based Business Development Associate who is bright and articulate and has a sense of humor. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing investment management firm. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Associate is to serve as day-to-day liaison internally with our business development team and externally with our clients.
Accordingly, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and strong organizational and analytical abilities. He or she will also be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, familiar with Salesforce (or other CRM software), and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support internal and external sales initiatives for the business development team, primarily serving our West Coast region. Tasks will include:
Manage Salesforce tasks, including:
Produce ongoing sales reporting metrics for analytics and forecasting
Develop an extensive knowledge of the firm’s offerings and client base
Represent the company in a professional, positive manner and consistently maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality
